Jack Jack Rabbitry

Jack Jack Rabbitry was founded by Kirsten Everett in 2006.  The name came from her very first Dutch Rabbit named Jack Jack .    He was a chocolate Dutch Rabbit that we adopted from the local Humane Society.  She showed him in 4 H one time and we knew absolutely nothing about Dutch Rabbits then...and as time has gone on we have learned more and of course gained more rabbits.   Kirsten has since passed on Jack Jack Rabbitry to her little twin sisters named Mackenzie and Madison.   Kirsten has now started her own rabbitry called Lakeland Rabbitry specializing in Holland Lops and Grey and Steel Dutch Rabbits.

Kirsten and the twins didn't have much luck at first with their breeding.  At first we were breeding for markings and now we breed for TYPE!!   It took us a few tries working with breeding and now we have some babies who have both type and markings, so we are excited to see how they will do on the show table in the spring! ( which is good we got some good ones since all of our juniors are now seniors and we don't have a single junior to put on the table at the MSU convention this weekend.  YIKES!!  Oh well :o)

Check out our for sale page and see if there is any bun bun you are interested in!
